Privacy Policy

Mulyankan AI ("Mulyankan AI", "we") is a tool that helps registered valuation firms in Nepal prepare bank collateral valuation reports. This policy explains what we do with the information you and your firm put into it.

1. Who controls the data

Your firm decides which documents and details are uploaded and is responsible for having the property owner's and borrower's consent under the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and the bank's requirements. Mulyankan AI processes that data on your firm's behalf only to produce your reports.

2. What we store

• Account data: name, email, firm, sign-in times, IP address of sign-ins (for security).
• Valuation data: the documents you upload (lalpurja, citizenship, maps, photos …), the details on the Details step and the reports generated.
• Usage data: credit use and purchase requests, feedback you send.

3. How it is used

• To read your documents, measure plots and build your reports.
• To run, secure and support the service and to count credits.

We do not sell data, show advertising or use your clients' personal data for any other purpose.

4. Automated reading

Documents are read by an automated document-reading service operated for Mulyankan AI. Page images are sent to that service over an encrypted connection only to extract the fields shown on the Details step. AI-read values can be wrong; the valuer must check every value before signing a report.

4b. Maps

To draw the location plan, the plot's GPS coordinates (only the coordinates, no names or documents) are sent to public OpenStreetMap (Overpass) servers to download the roads and places around it. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

5. Who can see it

Only signed-in members of your firm can see your firm's valuations. Mulyankan administrators can access data only to provide support, fix problems or meet a legal obligation, and every such access is recorded in your firm's activity log.

6. Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-step sign-in, firm-level separation of data, upload checks, activity logs and backups.

7. How long we keep it

Valuations are kept while your firm's account is active, so you can regenerate and re-download reports. Your firm may ask us to delete a valuation or the whole account at any time. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold. Contact Mulyankan AI support through your firm's administrator, or call / WhatsApp 9868314088.
